TreePro
TreePro(tm) is a GIS-enhanced urban forestry management software package currently being used by cities, universities and private organizations around the US. Designed to be easy-to-use, TreePro(tm) lets urban foresters keep track of all elements of their trees while not taking up much of their time in the field.
TreePro(tm) is inexpensive and does not come with a large tree care company attached to it. This means that cities, agencies and other groups can work with local urban foresters who understand not only the trees, but the other important unique aspects of your community.
TreePro requires a Microsoft operating system and Microsoft Access. It is Access-based in order to ensure that you have easy access to your information. The database is open, so you can export data to other GIS applications, create reports, even extend the TreePro platform.
